Ms Merekat brought up a concern about the 'etiquette' of this forum area, so I thought I would explain things for anyone wondering.
Basically 'page discussion' is a no holds barred place to...well, discuss the pages of Xylia.
Seriously though. To get more specific, if you want to give fuzzies that's wonderful and sweet and makes me purr, but if you have a critique on the art or a typo, or confusion about the story, by all means post that as well. "This comic sucks" probably won't be too useful, but if you see something 'wonky' about it, Iwould LOVE to know, and welcome such comments!
In the case of art overhauls, I probably won't change a page that is complete, unless it really annoys me once it's pointed out. Typically, I take art criticisms and apply it to future work. It's not that I don't agree with the critiques, but I like to keep moving ahead. If I kept tinkering and fussing over pages once they're done- as I would really like to--there would only ever be ONE PAGE. (FWIW-If you think my art has improved it is in large part to such suggestions I have received over the years.)
If you spot a typo or spelling error- those I will usually correct within a week or two depending on my schedule. Just so you know.
FWIW, 95% of the time I am already very aware of any of the faults that folks will point out, along with 2-300 other things that they DON'T point out, but as I said, I gotta keep moving. ^_^ It's great to know the stuff that other people see though so I dont make the same mistake twice!
So there you go!
Discuss away!
