Polling

Postby BarbJacobs on Sat Mar 01, 2008 9:54 pm

Our front page poll unfortunately has a limit on the number of hits it can take, so I wasn't sure what people really wanted to see. Prior to its shut down, 'illustrated story' was ahead, so that is what I have been working on for an incentive. It should be ready mid week, but anyone who donates from March 1 will receive it. It will be a serial, which means that you will have to donate next month to get the next bit, and so on. *evil laugh* there will be a synopsis in next month's offering, so that no one will be lost, but to get the illustrations and full story folks will need to donate.

It is the tale of Nigel Livingston and young Louise.

Huh? Whosa?

All I can say is that Mr. Livingston is a tall, lanky Englishman who makes his living playing the piano.

I voted for the short story! Of course. I kind of already said that in the thread about the incentives.

yaaaaay so excited about his pianist reincarnation. that's awesome.
"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance. I had high hopes of being Evil when I was two, but in my youth I came upon a firefly burning in a spider's web. I saved the victim's life."
"The firefly's?" said the minstrel.
"The spider's. The blinking arsonist had set the web on fire."

A most crafty plan, lady Barbington!
It seems that most people prefer stories before images, but personally, I would appreciate a funny comic page almost as much. You do them so well, and they have been very popular as voting incentives...
