As much as I dislike rules, I do have a few here. If you violate these, I will remove your post. Repeated violations would get you 'expelled' but I don't see that happening, do you?

1) Nothing overtly sexual or violent please. In other words, keep it PG-13. If you want to link to your adult material, that's kewl as long as you are VERY clear about the content.

2) Please remember, this is not a forum to post your entire creative works. This is the XYLIA forum. I am very happy to and really enjoy having folks share their ideas, but as far as using this forum as a place to post your entire novel or webcomic because you want to sponge off of the traffic I get, that won't be allowed. It slows the forum, and frankly I find it rude. I pay for ads and do networking to get the traffic I get, and if I get the feeling that I am being taken advantage of I don't like it.

3) Please keep graphic images a reasonable size- again for dialup downloading purposes. If you have a larger file, please consider linking to a thumbnail, or warn of the download time in the header.

4) No 'pimping and leaving' please. Again, this falls under the 'rude' category. If you are joining this forum simply because, "oh, Barb's getting a bit of traffic, I shall use this free forum to pimp my thing and be on my merrie way" I will ask you to rethink that. It pisses me off...never a good thing.
