I totally bet the Master is in some way or form come back - there's just gotta be something significant in the whole scene at the end with the ring.......

As for Jack/Face of Bo, how did his head get so big???? Why I suppose the reason he's in hte tank is because his body decayed and he needed to preserve it, or go round looking like a zombie................maybe his ego just got too big
