[Mira of the Avin]

Okay so these aren't new movie but they're very good movies!

So I was really bored on Saturday and decided to dig through my old VHS collection of movies and came across The Man from Snowy River. It's a movie about a young Australian mountain-man/cowboy, Jim Craig, who has to prove his worth to the rights to his homestead in the mountains. So he goes down to the valley to find work and uses his knowledge of horses to earn him respect and the admiration of his boss's daughter, Jessica.

I don't want to say much more but if you have time I highly recommend renting these movies. There's lots of mountain scenes and scenes of wild horses running free that even if you don't like the plot it's worth it just to see the scenery of the landscape!
