Aw, I thought other languages didn't count. Otherwise I would have done the Italian ones!

. . .so, um, I didn't recognize Barb's Italian song, but I can translate it! (hee, AP Italian ftw). (Actually, I looked up what the song was because I was curious. I approve of it's source, though I won't give it away. I have seen it twice, though. :))

Ok, and having a song in Finnish is just unfair. ;)
"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance. I had high hopes of being Evil when I was two, but in my youth I came upon a firefly burning in a spider's web. I saved the victim's life."
"The firefly's?" said the minstrel.
"The spider's. The blinking arsonist had set the web on fire."

I agree, but rules are rules. :D

At least I don't censor the songs' names.

Hey, Barb did that more than I did! :-P I think it's a fair thing to do.
I guess Elle did only say don't put down songs in languages that you can't type, not songs that are in any other language. (Though I have almost 400 songs that aren't in English. (Mostly Italian and Japanese.))
(However, if the point is for other people to try and guess your songs, the chances decrease rather drastically if it's in another language.)

Yeah, that's actually the version I have on my computer as well. :)

This has become less of keeping track and more of...how much do you know about other people's tastes in tunes, haha. :D

That's what I meant. Not only was one of hers in Italian, but she also censored the song names.

But if that really bothers you too much, here's a new one. Ignore the Finnish one from my last list and guess this one instead:

"This is a different kind of love song
Dedicated to everyone
Different kind of love song - oh, oh, oh
This is a different kind of love song
A higher plane we can go on
Different kind of love song - oh, oh"

Edit:
Oh, and the Finnish one is Voittamaton by Teräsbetoni. The song name means "Invincible".

Aw cripes... rules.

If you folks don't know this already, I am a notorious rule breaker.
"I fight authority authority always wins"... you know.
As long as I'm not hurting anyone, or cheating of course.

FWIW, Nessum Dorma is a classic operatic piece- it's not like pop music or something. OF COURSE IT'S ITALIAN!

Anyway, it's my forum, so I can post whatever language I want!! :P

AH AH HA HAH A :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P

Well, you are the resident purple deity of this place, so you can do as you please and we'll all still bow before you.
Not bow bow, obviously, but, you know... be a little respectful... and stuff.

Also: You know Italian? *is jealous* Or is it just that song?
